2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices provided on the website or during consultation are estimates.
• Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work required, which will be communicated and approved by you before work begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available subject to third-party approval.

3. Warranties

We provide a 1-year warranty on all labor. Equipment is covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, lack of recommended maintenance, acts of God, or third-party interference.

4. Limitation of Liability

HOME AC COMPRESSORS INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use of property. Our total liability is strictly limited to the cost of the services rendered.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information, ensure safe and clear access to the property and equipment, and maintain the system as recommended by our technicians.

6. Cancellations

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations of scheduled non-emergency appointments. Emergency services are exempt from this cancellation policy.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orange County, FL.
